Meaning of the Indigo Aura (Era of Change-Makers)

Were you born with a lot of indigo in your aura? Some people call people with indigo auras Indigo Children, but I’ll refrain from using any labels in this post since none of us are more special than anyone else. However, an indigo aura does place you in a compromised position even if you choseContinue reading “Meaning of the Indigo Aura (Era of Change-Makers)”

Intuitive Coaching 101–Lose the Labels

This is a re-posting from one of my other blogs, Bonjour Bellingham. One of the biggest challenges I face is ditching labels I have claimed for myself.  I understand that we use labels to define our identity and to fit in with other like-minded people.  However,  when we stick these labels onto ourselves, we confineContinue reading “Intuitive Coaching 101–Lose the Labels”

Whole Astrology–Gaze at Pope Francis

Ever so often I run into an astrological chart that is so delicious that I salivate over it. What I mean by that is when I view a chart where the person lives out their destiny as seen in the blueprint of the Natal Chart it leaves me breathless–such is the case with Pope FrancisContinue reading “Whole Astrology–Gaze at Pope Francis”

Intuitive Coaching 101–Authenticity & Questioning Gender Roles

As we move closer to the Aquarius Age, I wonder why we still cling to old gender roles–men must be strong and macho while women are still expected to smile pretty and act nice. Intuitive Coaching 101-Finding Your Inner Swan

Archival post from Bonjour Bellingham   We’ve all felt awkward at times like the sore thumb or the gangling swan among petite ducks in the pond. However, we all look forward to the ending of the Ugly Duckling story. I’m thinking of the Nine of Air card in Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine’s Angel TarotContinue reading “Intuitive Coaching 101-Finding Your Inner Swan”

Color Your World; Draw Your Vision Board

Although I haven’t tried this myself yet, what if you drew a vision board instead of constructing it from pictures from magazines? Or you could combine your drawings with magazine pictures. Or even better, why don’t you color your vision board. Often times ideas pop into my head while I’m walking or listening to music.Continue reading “Color Your World; Draw Your Vision Board”

Photo Therapy-Where You Place Your Focus

We’ve all heard of music therapy, a growing profession these days. And you have probably heard of art therapy and cinema therapy. But have you considered photography as a healing modality? I’ve been doing photography for most of my life and I have had an interest in it since the age of ten when myContinue reading “Photo Therapy-Where You Place Your Focus”

Whole Astrology–Capricorn New Moon

I quickly produced the video for the Capricorn New Moon which falls on January 9 in 2016. I didn’t notice the Fire Trine between Venus/Saturn in Sagittarius and Uranus in Aries until after I produced the video and uploaded it on YouTube. However, this just emphasizes the shock factor of the much older man gettingContinue reading “Whole Astrology–Capricorn New Moon”

Handle with Care–Living with Sensitivities
Posted on January 2, 2016 by pnwauthor

What started out as a curse at around the age of 28 when I developed sensitivities to just about everything, I now see that period of my life as the launch to spiritual awakening…

When I first started suffering from multiple chemical sensitivities and other allergies, I thought it was the end of the world. Surely, I wasn’t able to work a regular job any longer, relationships were out of the question, and my music career eventually bit the dust too. As I holed myself up in a Queen Anne apartment in Seattle, I had thought of taking my life many times.
